- Do not clean with baby wipes, antibacterial wipes or harsh chemicals.
- Gently wipe clean using a soft, damp cloth.
- Your bag may arrive with light creasing from transit. Simply stuff the bag to help restore its shape and leave it for a short while the creases should naturally disappear.
Shipping
UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked. Tracked 24 is estimated at 1–2 business days and Tracked 48 at 2–3 business days. Our order cut-off is 3pm, Monday to Friday; delivery estimates begin after dispatch. UK delivery is free on orders over £100.
If your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll send all items together when it’s ready.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging, including changing bags. Return postage for non-faulty items is the customer’s responsibility. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. For help, email hello@oceanandcove.co.uk.
