At Ocean & Cove, we know shopping for little ones comes with questions. Here are some of the most common things we get asked:
Will my order ship separately if it contains pre-order items?
No. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item becomes available.
How long will delivery take?
24-Hour Tracked Royal Mail: 1–2 business days (order before 15:00, Mon–Fri)
48-Hour Tracked Royal Mail: 2–3 business days (order before 15:00, Mon–Fri)

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags still attached, and any original packaging (including changing bags).
